The app can load any number of lines. But only loads 300 per shuffle. After set time is gone (300 lines * 3 minutes) = 900 minutes, 15 hours) the cycle starts again.
There are over 2500 lines built in, but U can load any text file. Quotes are split by newline. Click on "Load" to read any file from the iCloud, hit "Default" to go back to the built in lines.
The time, is the refresh rate of the widget in minutes.
The filter filters on a word, if the line contains that word, it is added to the list. You can also select on maximum and minimum text length. For a small widget, smaller lines.
Select filter, max and min and hit "Shuffle".
The app shows just one line, just to show what it found with that filter. Hit shuffle to confirm your filters are correct. It does also show the number of lines it found from the filter.
Where ever you'd like to see the widget
Press on the screen until you see the + sign in the upper left corner
Scroll down to ZOMTD
Select your size
Presto!
